Ideas are ephemeral unless you write them down. Take care to remove the friction between having an idea and writing it down. This can be in the form of an idea journal. At this stage, the quantity of ideas is more important than the quality.
If you're trying to create something, ask yourself at the end of the day: how many bad ideas have I had today? If the answer is zero, therein lies your problem.
